Article 1 : Preamble :
Current terms and conditions are exclusively applied between the company Art et Deco du Monde, 27 Rue Monseigneur de Cambon, 09500 MIREPOIX hereby called ("we"), and every individual ("you") who visits or places an order through the website www.artetdecodumonde.fr, (the "website"). Terms and conditions may be modified, thus those applicable are those in force at the date of your order.

Article 2 : Purchasing :
When you place an order, we inform you of the avaibility of the goods. Nevertheless, if in spite of our vigilance, some gooods were unavailable after your order, we would invite you by email or phone to modify or cancel your order. In the latter case, you would be completely refund. When you confirm your order, you recognise that you have read them and that you agree with the integrality of the current terms and conditions. It confirms all the data you provided us. After your order, we will send you an email to confirm your purchase.

Article 3 : Pricing and availibility :
Prices are displayed on the website in Euros with French VAT included, and all other eventual taxes included. We do not include transportation charges. We may modify prices at every moment, but we will apply the prices at the date of your order. Pricing is done in euros. You can display prices in other currencies. The default exchange rate is the day before rate and there may be differences in the rate applied at the date of your purchase. We are not liable for the exchange differences.

Article 4 : Custom taxes :
Every order made on the website and delivered outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. Any such charges related to your order must be paid by you; and are of your own responsibility. We recommend that you check with your national customs authorities for more information.

Article 5 : Payment :
You can pay with a payment card issued by a French or a Monegasque bank, a Visa card, a Eurocard / Mastercard, a cheque in Euro issued by a French or a Monegasque bank, or Paypal. We use the SSL (secure socket layer) protocol provided by the Merc@net system of the BNP, a major French bank. It offers an up-to-date security using 128 bits encryption. That is to say that no one can read your card numbers in the unlikely event that it is intercepted by someone else. Furthermore, Art et Deco du Monde does not have access to these details that are processed directly by the BNP as you are automatically directed to the BNP website or Paypal website to type your cards details. Cheques should be sent to Art et Deco du Monde, 27 Rue Monseigneur de Cambon, 09500 Mirepoix, France, and payable to Art et Deco du Monde. In the case you would be late to pay for your order, we would have the right to claim for interests according to the legal interest rate applied from the day of the commitment to pay.

Article 6 : Delivery :
The delivery is done at the address you indicate at the time of your order. You will bear all risks as soon as purchased goods are given to the transport company. Delivery time is given by the transport company and we are not liable for this. In the case that you pay by cheque, your order will be sent after it has been credited on our bank account. Unclaimed orders, from 15 days after sending to continental France and from 21 days outside continental France, will be considered delivered. Claims will not be accepted after this period.

Article 7 : Returns :
As stated by French law, you have seven days to return your purchase without justification. Transportation charges are supported by you. Only the amount paid for the good/s you purchased and returned will be refunded. Returns are to be sent to Art et Deco du Monde, 27 Rue Monseigneur de Cambon, 09500 Mirepoix, France, complete and in their original state, with a copy of the invoice.

Article 8 : Property reserve :
Purchased goods are our property until they are given to the transport company, as soon as you have paid for them.

Article 9 : Warranty :
You benefit from the legal warranty against hidden defects. We are not liable if your purchase does not respect the law in a country other than France. We are not liable in case of cause beyond control as defined by French courts. Moreover, we are not liable if goods are out of stock at the supplier or publisher. We commit ourselves to display representative pictures of the goods on the website. Nevertheless, we are not liable in the case that non substantial differences exist between the pictures, the texts and the purchased goods. We are not liable in any case for commercial loses, data loses or any kind of direct or indirect damages that were not foreseeable when you use the website and/ or purchase from us.

Article 10 : Intellectual property and privacy :
We are commited to protecting your privacy. Personal data are securely stored and processed. We do not sell nor distribute any of your personal data. We fully comply with the Informatique et libertés (IT and liberties) French law of January 6th 1978 and subsequent regulations and the website has been declared to the CNIL (Commission nationale pour l informatique et les libertés) under the number 1327907. The layout, content, design, graphic, photographic, text, multimedia, audio-visual material and other contents of the website are the property of Art et Deco du Monde or has been licensed to Art et Deco du Monde, and are protected by all applicable national and international trade mark, service mark, copyright and other intellectual property regulation. Information, logos, titles, and Internet links accessed, obtained, downloaded or copied by or through the website belong to the purveyors of such information and Internet links are subject to all applicable intellectual property laws, rules, regulations, and treaties. You understand and agree that copying or distributing information and other data, in whatever form and without the express written consent of its owner, may constitute infringement of one or more intellectual property laws, conventions, rules, regulations, or treaties.

Article 11 : Jurisdiction :
Current terms and conditions are guaranteed by and constructed in accordance with French law with French courts having exclusive jurisdiction, at Foix.
