1 - What are the advantages for me if I become customer ?
Thanks to your subscription on our website, you become a "member" and thus can benefit from the numerous services offered by our website :
* Permanent cart : If you put some articles in your cart before leaving the website, you'll find your cart intact during your next visit.
* address book : You can have 5 addresses for your deliveries. It's the best way to send gifts to your friends directly at their home !!...
* Follow your order : Order and follow your articles thanks to the track number we give you once the parcel is given to the French Post services.
* Order history : Thanks to the order history, find all the articles you liked and ordered !
* Customer reviews : Do as the other customers, share and let your reviews concerning the articles you ordered !

2 - I forgot my password : what can I do ?
You don't remember your password ? It's not a problem : simply click here, indicate your email address and a few minutes after you'll receive an email with your new password.
Log in with this password and it's OK !! You can of course change this new password while going on "my account".

3 - Are prices with or without VAT ?
The prices are indicated in Euros with French VAT included, and all other eventual taxes included. We do not include transport costs in those prices. We may modify prices at any time, but we apply the prices at the date of your order.

4 - Are the articles in the warehouse ?
Except for the hammocks and hammock-chairs, all products are in our warehouse; and thus ready to be sent within 24 hours following your order.
Hammocks and hammock-chairs are in stock in our suppliers warehouses. If you order a hammock or a hammock-chair, our supplier is immediately informed and the hammock is sent in the normal delays.
There can be some differences between the physical stock and the informatic stock : in case the articles are not in stock, the articles would be available within 8 days.

5 - Is there any after-selling service ? A customer service ?
Of course ! We are at your entire disposition to answer you; and help you to navigate on our website : pass an order, give you some advice, solve eventual delivery problems etc...

6 - How can I pass an order ?
You can order on our website and pay with Credit Card (via Paypal website), Paypal or with a check (in euros and check of a French bank).
You can also fill our order form / quote and send it to us by email. We'll thus calculate the shipping costs and send the form back to you; and then we'll contact you concerning the delivery.

7 - What are the delays for my order to be processed?
The orders are processed the day they are passed when they're passed before 12:00 (twelve) - local time.
If it's too late, the order is processed within 24 hours.

8 - What are the timetables of Art et Déco du Monde ?
Since it's an online shop, you can order 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. You order will only be sent during the working days according to the timetables of the French Post.

9 - How can I see my invoice(s) ?
The invoice is send in the parcel. You thus receive a paper invoice. You can also see the "history" of your account and see the date of your order, the products ordered, the shipping costs, the delivery adresses.

10 - Is the online payment secured ?
When you pay online via Paypal or Credit Card (via Paypal website), your personal informations (identity and credit card number) are hidden according to very serious protocols. Those informations never clearly circulate on the Web, and we, in Art et Déco du Monde, never have access to those informations.
Your credit card number is directly sent to the bank via the secured Paypal system.

11 - When and how will my order be delivered ?
The parcels are generally sent within 24 hours following the order (depending on the time of this order) and are sent with the Colissimo service of the French Post, with delivery against signature.

12 - What are the transport costs ? How are they calculated ?
The transport costs depend on the total weight of the parcel (weight of the packaging included) and on the delivery place; and are calculated according to the prices applied by the French Post.

To note : Art et Déco du Monde doesn't take any margin on the shipping costs !

13 - Can the products be sent to an address which is different than mine ?
Of course !! In your account, you can enter 5 delivery addresses. You can thus receive your order at home, at the office, where you spend the holidays (be cautious to the delivery delays !!)
This service is very used since you can send a gift directly to your friends ! Think about it !!

14 - What if I'm not at home during the delivery ?
If you're not at home while the parcel is delivered, you'll get an informative note. You then have 12 days to take your parcel in the Post office indicated on this note. The parcel will be given after you show an identity piece and once you'll have signed.
Those informations only concerns deliveries in France by the French Post.

15 - Which countries do you deliver ?
We send parcels in every countris, with no exceptions.

16 - Are there one or several shops Art et Déco du Monde ?
We only have an online shop. We thus have no shop, no show-room. We only send our products via internet.
If you live in Ariège, in Aude or in Haute-Garonne, you can contact us and take your parcels at our address and thus avoid to pay the shipping costs !!

17 - I didn't find any answer to my question !!
If you didn't find any answer to your question in our FAQ , don't hesitate to contact us. We'll do our best to answer and help you for the navigation on our website.
