1 : Delivery time :
Your order will be processed within two days from Monday to Friday. You should then add two to three days for delivery from continental France.
For cheque payment, your order will be processed after our bank account is credited.

2 : Delivery address :
We deliver worldwilde. Nevertheless, for delivery for order outside of continental France, and some European countries (currently Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the Netherlands and United Kingdom), you should contact us before placing your order so that we can calculate delivery charges.
When you open an account, you can add up to five delivery addresses. You can easily be delivered to your home, your office, send the packet to a friend when you're in holidays or for a gift.

3 : Transport company :
We work almost exclusively with the French postal service La Poste, which has a worldwilde network of correspondants. Your purchase is delivered wherever you ask. If a parcel is lost, we can only refund or proceed to a new shipment after the official declaration from La Poste, which can take up to twenty-one days. We are not liable for any risk beyond our control.
For increased security, your parcel is given against signature.

4 : Delivery charges :
Delivery charges are automatically calculated as a function of the weight of the bought articles. Their weight is indicated in their description; and the transport fee is applied according to the prices of La Poste for packs delivered against signature. The total weight (total weight of articles plus package weight) is also indicated during the purchasing process, before you proceed to the payment.
You can also receive your order in France for free (for any order above 65€ and with a maximum weight of 3kg) !!

5 : Follow your order :
You may check your order when you log in to your customer account. Our customer relations office is at your disposal from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 7 PM (GMT), by email at contact@artetdecodumonde.fr or by phone at +33(0)6.76.49.80.20

6 : Returns(*) :
If, for any reason, your are not satisfied with your order, you can obtain a refund by cheque for continental France or by payment card of the purchase up to seven days after you received your order. You just have to send it to: Art et Deco du Monde

(*) BEWARE: only goods that are returned in their totality, with their packaging in case of need, will be accepted. Goods should be carefully packaged for transportation.
